Responsibilities
- Supports and helps in order fulfillment and overall inventory
- Maintains the cleanliness and order inside the warehouse
- Ensures safety inside the facility, including the items present in the warehouse and the people inside.
- Ensures that items received are of standard quality and in saleable state; correct in quantity
- Picks and packs orders; Administers QC procedures before fulfillment of orders end to end.
- Ensures that orders are dispatched on the scheduled date; Should be complete and in compliance in SOPs of proper packing.
- Moving products to storage areas with proper equipment and stacking and storing the merchandise.
Requirements
- Perform production duties as needed: pick/pack orders, receive/stow product, ensure inventory accuracy, and unload/load trucks at or above the rate expected for each task
- Continued meeting or exceeding of department performance goals
- Ability to work for different managers and meet business needs and as the company’s business grows you must adapt to changes in management
- Computer experience
- Excellent communication skills- able to train and assist team members
- Thinks outside of the box; searches for innovative solutions
- Demonstrates positive work attitude and leadership skills
- Demonstrates a commitment to a culture of safety
