Summary of Position:

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to brainstorm and execute compelling content ideas.
- Plan, create, schedule, and boost posts across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Use tools like Canva, Capcut, or similar to design graphics, videos, and other multimedia assets.
- Write captions and adapt content to fit the voice and tone of each platform.
- Monitor trends and incorporate them into content strategies.
- Assist in scripting, shooting, and editing short-form videos for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube.
- Experiment with video formats to improve engagement and retention rates.
- Assist in maintaining an organized and updated content calendar.
- Ensure deadlines are met for campaigns and promotions.
- Support in data forecasting and performance analysis to help optimize content strategy, ad spending, and campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify trends and best practices in the industry.
- Assist with generating monthly performance reports for social media pages.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva; basic video editing skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their content requirements.
