Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete and verify total required hours worked, extended hours, and other timekeeping-related
- Ensure timely release of payroll
- Address all complaints and issues of employees regarding their pay-out computation within the standard timeline
- Distribute cash payouts as may be required in view of technical errors in payout crediting
- Make bank transmittals for all the payout transactions
- Timely and accurate reporting of new separated members to SSS and Philhealth
- Conduct re-orientation of statutory and in-house benefits to members
- Ensure accurate and timely requests of benefit payments due to members
- Ensure that all statutory related payments, premium contributions, and loans are paid on time based on the schedule of respective agencies.
- Ensure that Certificate of Compliance and/or Good Standing from SSS, PHIC, and HDMF are released in a timely manner
- Knowledgeable in processing BIR 1601C, 1604C, 2316
- Knowledgeable in processing maternity benefits, sickness benefit, last pay and 13th month
Qualifications:
- Must have at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Social Science, or equivalent.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Can work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Must be willing to work onsite at 500A, Altura, Sampaloc, Manila
