Summary of Position:
He/she is responsible for hosting live selling events across various social media platforms, engaging with customers in real-time, and driving sales through compelling presentations and product demonstrations. This role requires a high level of energy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build a strong connection with our online audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present and demonstrate products in an engaging and informative manner during live selling sessions.
- Utilize persuasive sales techniques to convert viewers into buyers.
- Answer customer questions and provide product recommendations in real-time.
- Interact with live audiences, building rapport and fostering a sense of community.
- Respond to comments, questions, and feedback during live sessions.
- Encourage audience participation through promotions, giveaways, and special offers.
- Work closely with the commercial and digital marketing teams to optimize live selling strategies based on performance data.
- Assist in the development of promotional campaigns to boost live selling viewership and sales.
- Set up and manage live streaming equipment and software.
- Ensure a smooth and professional streaming experience, troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in live selling and social media marketing.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a live selling host, content creator, or in a similar role.
- Strong background in sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred.
- Charismatic, confident, and camera-friendly personality.
- Ability to think quickly and adapt to the fast-paced nature of live selling.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and live streaming tools.
- Familiarity with live streaming software, lighting, and camera equipment.
- Basic video editing skills are a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Full-time position with flexibility in hours to accommodate live selling events, including evenings and weekends.
- This role may involve working in a studio or on-location, depending on the needs of the live event.
