HR and Administrative Intern

Summary of Position

The HR Intern will support the day-to-day functions of the Human Resource Department. The position will focus on assisting with HR operations and administrative tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Filing of 201 documents
  • Organizing folders alphabetically
  • Ensuring the completeness of the requirements in the folders
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new employees
  • Assist with employee and labor relations
  • Assist with compensation and benefits
  • Assist with internal communication
  • Providing support in other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidates must be currently enrolled and taking up a Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or equivalent.
  • Must have an endorsement letter and Memorandum of Agreement from the OJT Coordinator/Professor/Dean
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office like Excel, Word, Powerpoint and the like
  • With good communication skills both oral and written
  • Must have a positive and good attitude towards the company providing the training; to all levels of its staff, to their colleagues, and to their ‘work.’
