Brand Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy Development: You would be responsible for developing comprehensive brand strategies. This involves identifying target audiences, crafting brand messages, and establishing brand positioning within the market.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conducting market research to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor strategies. This information will be crucial for making informed decisions about branding, product development, and marketing campaigns.
  • Offline Marketing Initiatives: Planning and executing offline marketing initiatives such as events, sponsorships, promotions, and traditional advertising campaigns. This could involve collaborating with agencies, negotiating contracts, and overseeing the production of marketing materials.
  • Online Presence Management: Managing the online presence of both brands across various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and e-commerce channels. This includes creating engaging content, responding to customer inquiries, and monitoring online reviews and feedback.
  • Sales and Distribution Support: Collaborating with sales teams to develop sales strategies, promotional materials, and incentives to drive sales.. This may also involve analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Brand Performance Monitoring: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales revenue. Using analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Brand Compliance and Standards: Ensuring that all marketing materials and brand communications adhere to brand guidelines and standards. This includes maintaining consistency in messaging, visuals, and brand voice across all touchpoints.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with various internal teams such as product development, sales, and customer service to ensure alignment with brand objectives and strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field; master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred.
  • 3-5 years of brand management, marketing, or related experience.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful brand strategies, both offline and online, with a focus on sales-driven campaigns.
  • Familiarity with the consumer goods industry, particularly home products, electronics, or similar sectors.
  • Understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop long-term brand strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Strong analytical skills for market research and data-driven decision making.
  • Creative mindset to develop innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Proficiency in crafting engaging content for various channels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and analytics.
  • Understanding of e-commerce strategies and online sales channels.
  • Effective project management abilities with attention to detail and task prioritization.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced environments and willingness to embrace new technologies and market trends
