Affiliate Marketer

Summary of Position:

You’ll be in charge of communicating with our partner brands to establish the brand tone and key product features by scouting affiliate partners and developing affiliate contents. You’ll also collaborate with the Digital Marketing Team to establish content strategy and calendars, and you’ll oversee that content is published to schedule.

Duties and Responsibilities (Affiliate Marketer)

  • Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic, customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Recruit and onboard new affiliates, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment with brand values and goals.
  • Analyze affiliate performance metrics, optimize campaigns and provide regular reports.
  • Implement and manage affiliate promotions and incentives to maximize program effectiveness.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop compelling and effective marketing materials for affiliates.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with affiliate program terms and conditions.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide support to affiliates, ensuring they have the necessary tools and information to succeed.
  • Work cross-functionally with Digital Marketing Team and Commercial Departments  to align affiliate strategies with overall business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and continuously seek ways to innovate and optimize affiliate marketing efforts.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on affiliate program performance and initiatives to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Communication Arts, or a related field
  • 1+ year/s of experience in an Affiliate Marketing or similar position
  • Strong project management, people, and communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft or/and Google products (Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, Forms, etc.)
  • Familiarity with marketing metrics to analyze and optimize marketing efforts
  • Detailed-oriented/self-starter and motivator and has the ability to multitask under pressure
  • Portfolio of successful affiliate marketing campaigns is a plus
