Duties and Responsibilities:
Support Key Account Specialist:
- Assist in day-to-day activities to support the Key Account Specialist in managing key accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Assist in maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Marketing Support:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities for key accounts.
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide feedback for improvements.
Inventory Management:
- Work closely with the logistics team to ensure optimal inventory levels for key accounts.
- Assist in managing stock levels to prevent overstock or stockouts.
Qualifications:
- Candidates must be currently enrolled and taking up Business Administration, Management, or any related degree
- Must have an endorsement letter and Memorandum of Agreement from the OJT Coordinator/Professor/Dean
- Well versed in Microsoft Office like Excel, Word, Powerpoint and the like
- With good communication skills both oral and written
- Must have a positive and good attitude towards the company providing the training; to all levels of its staff, to their colleagues, and to their ‘work.’
