Summary of Position
The HR Intern will support the day-to-day functions of the Human Resource Department. The position will focus on assisting with HR operations and administrative tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Filing of 201 documents
- Organizing folders alphabetically
- Ensuring the completeness of the requirements in the folders
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Assist with employee and labor relations
- Assist with compensation and benefits
- Assist with internal communication
- Providing support in other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidates must be currently enrolled and taking up a Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or equivalent.
- Must have an endorsement letter and Memorandum of Agreement from the OJT Coordinator/Professor/Dean
- Well versed in Microsoft Office like Excel, Word, Powerpoint and the like
- With good communication skills both oral and written
- Must have a positive and good attitude towards the company providing the training; to all levels of its staff, to their colleagues, and to their ‘work.’
