Summary of Position
The HR Associate – Field Operation serves as the dedicated Human Resources representative for the Bulacan warehouse while providing roving HR support to other warehouse locations and operational sites as required. The role partners with operations leaders to ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, employee relations, attendance governance, performance management, manpower coordination, agency management, and compliance across assigned operational locations.
The position acts as the primary liaison between warehouse operations and the Head Office HR team to ensure timely and effective HR service delivery.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Site HR Business Partner
- Maintain regular HR presence at the Bulacan warehouse.
- Conduct scheduled and as-needed visits to other warehouse locations.
- Partner with warehouse managers and supervisors on people-related concerns.
- Provide HR consultation on employee management and policy implementation.
- Support workforce planning and manpower requirements.
- Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies across all assigned sites.
- Escalate significant HR issues to the HR Supervisor.
2. Attendance & Workforce Administration
- Validate attendance records for warehouse employees and agency personnel.
- Review overtime, undertime, leave applications, and schedule adjustments.
- Investigate attendance discrepancies with supervisors.
- Monitor attendance trends and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure attendance records are submitted accurately and on time for payroll processing.
- Coordinate attendance validation with Compensation & Benefits.
3. Employee Relations & Discipline
- Serve as the first HR contact for operational employees.
- Handle employee concerns and workplace issues.
- Conduct initial fact-finding and documentation.
- Assist in disciplinary investigations and due process.
- Coordinate Notices to Explain (NTE), administrative hearings, and disciplinary documentation.
- Facilitate conflict resolution between employees and supervisors.
- Escalate complex employee relations matters to the HR Supervisor.
4. Performance Management
- Coordinate probationary and annual performance evaluations for operational employees.
- Track probationary periods and regularization schedules.
- Support supervisors in coaching and performance improvement initiatives.
- Monitor attendance and productivity trends affecting performance.
- Assist in implementing Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
5. Agency Management
- Coordinate manpower requests with accredited agencies.
- Monitor deployment of agency personnel.
- Validate agency attendance and manpower reports.
- Verify agency billing against attendance records.
- Monitor agency compliance with contractual and company requirements.
- Maintain strong working relationships with agency representatives.
6. Compliance & HR Administration
- Conduct periodic HR compliance inspections at assigned sites.
- Ensure implementation of company policies and labor standards.
- Verify completion of mandatory HR documentation.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Submit accurate HR reports within prescribed deadlines.
- Support company-wide HR initiatives and programs.
- Facilitate liaison activities, government transactions, document processing, and other administrative requirements to support HR operations and business continuity across assigned operational locations.
Qualifications
- Must have at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Social Science, or equivalent.

- Can work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Must be willing to work onsite at Bulacan Warehouse
