Performance Marketing Associate

Summary of Position:

We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Associate to support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various paid media channels such as Meta, Tiktok, Lazada, and Shopee. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, understands digital advertising platforms, and is passionate about driving measurable business growth through performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Lazada/Shopee, TikTok, and other digital channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations to improve key metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and market research.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards, highlighting insights, trends, and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop and test ad creatives, landing pages, and promotional campaigns.
  • Support A/B testing initiatives to improve campaign effectiveness and customer acquisition.
  • Track budgets, spending, and pacing to ensure campaigns remain within allocated budgets.
  • Media planning includes budget forecasting depending on what the brand requires. 
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining tracking systems, including pixels, tags, and analytics tools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, paid media, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and other paid media channels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in e-commerce and lead generation.
  • Knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution models, and marketing automation tools.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and email marketing.
