Duties and Responsibilities
- Live Streaming Management
- Plan, organize, and host live streaming events on TikTok to showcase and promote our products.
- Interact with the audience in real-time, answering questions and creating an engaging and interactive experience.
- Collaborate with brand partners and influencers for joint live streaming sessions.
- Administrative Support
- Maintain records of livestream and affiliate-related expenses, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate logistics for live streaming events, including equipment, scheduling, and technical support.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations related to TikTok marketing efforts.
- Assist the commercial team by providing administrative support for back-end tasks.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Track the performance of TikTok content and live streaming events, analyzing key metrics and providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Report on TikTok shop sales, customer feedback, and trends to inform decision-making.
- KOL Tapping:
- KOL Identification: Research and identify relevant Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across TikTok and other social platforms who align with the brand’s values and target audience.
- Outreach and Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with KOLs, negotiating collaborations and ensuring smooth communication for successful partnerships.
- Campaign Execution: Coordinate KOL involvement in live streaming sessions, product promotions, and TikTok campaigns, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and brand messaging.

- Excellent analytical and project management skills
- An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- BS degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital media or relevant field
- Pleasant looking and knows how to project oneself confidently
- Knowledge in media and live streaming production and content creation is an advantage
- Applicant must be willing to work on site in Altura, Sampaloc, Manila
