Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the receiving, warehousing and distribution operations.
- Oversee HSE processes.
- Organize, monitor, motivate and coach the team to improve productivity, inventory accuracy and meet customer expectations.
- Coordinate with the internal team to monitor requirements and ensure quality of service provided to customers but not limited to problem solving and continuous improvements.
- Oversee WMS system.
- Responsibility for coordinating transportation operations liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, transportation companies and customers
- Preparing and analyzing reports for the management team.
- Ensure constant improvement of operational KPIs.
- Support operational improvement initiatives as directed by management
Qualifications:
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or other related courses.
- At least two (5) years of work experience in the related field.
- Preferably holding a supervisory role in Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, or its equivalent.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Possess technical knowledge or experience in handling and storage good practices of fresh produce.
- In-depth experience in using WMS in past roles.
- Past relevant leadership role is highly preferred.
- Relevant knowledge or experience in industry compliance is preferred.
- A good team player and able to lead a team independently
- Excellent computer skills such as Microsoft Excel and Email
